How to choose the right filling machine?

With the gradual improvement of product quality and production efficiency in the current society, people's requirements for packaging equipment are gradually increasing and there is a pursuit of high efficiency. Therefore, we can choose a suitable filling machine for our own production through the following steps:

1. Determine the type of filling material.
The types of filling materials include liquid, sauce/paste, granule, powder, gas, etc.

2. Determine the degree of automation of filling.
Choose the degree of automation according to the overall production line layout. The automatic filling machine with a higher degree of automation includes conveyors, cap sorting machines, cap feeding machines, sealing machines, capping machines, and labeling machines or sleeves wrapping machines. The machine constitutes a complete production line. Moreover, when there is no filling bottle, the material filling will be stopped, and the process of the production line can be completed without manual operation. In addition, the filling accuracy error of the full-automatic filling machine is small, the working efficiency is high, and the equipment cleaning and maintenance are more simple and convenient. The second degree of automation is the semi-automatic filling machine, that is, the semi-automatic filling machine is half automatic and the other half requires manual manual operation, and the semi-automatic filling machine needs to manually dock the filling material by manual. The work efficiency and filling accuracy are slightly lower than that of the automatic filling machine, and maintenance and cleaning require more attention.

3. Determine the main conveying form of the filling container.
The main conveying modes of the packaging container of the filling machine are the rotary filling machine and the linear filling machine. Rotary filling machine: After the packaging container enters the filling station, the filling machine rotates around the main shaft and rotates nearly one circle to complete continuous filling, and then uses the rotary turntable conveyor to press the capping machine, which is mainly composed of the packaging container supply device , Liquid material supply device, liquid material quantitative mechanism, feed valve, turntable, transmission system, automatic mechanism and other components. The filling valve is the key to ensure the normal operation of the filling machine. Linear filling machine: The packaging container moves along a straight line and fills in rows when it stops.

4. Determine the specifications of the filling container.
Choose the material types of the packaging container into plastic cup filling machine, glass bottle filling machine, plastic bag filling machine, plastic bottle filling machine, glass bottle filling machine, metal can filling machine, etc. In addition, appropriate filling device accessories shall be formulated according to the given container specifications according to the filling material material (whether it is corrosive, volatile and toxic), filling material capacity, filling speed, filling temperature, gas demand, anti-corrosion and aseptic measures, etc.

5. Determine the filling method.
According to the filling method, there are flowmeter filling machine, gravity filling machine, piston filling machine, etc.
First of all, the single head single pump filling machine belongs to the flowmeter type filling machine. It relies on the flowmeter to measure the filling quantity. It is suitable for the filling of 1-20l oil with high viscosity. It has the advantages of high precision and high efficiency.
Gravity filling machine, also known as volumetric filling. Filling depends on atmospheric pressure and its own weight. The filling volume is not set by the system, but controlled by time, which has a certain flexibility. The larger the filling volume, the lower the precision. It is suitable for filling below 1L.
Piston filling machine is a filling machine for filling high concentration fluid. It extracts and pumps high concentration materials through the three-way principle that the cylinder drives a piston and rotary valve, and controls the stroke of the cylinder with a magnetic spring switch to adjust the filling volume. The filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted arbitrarily, with high filling precision.

6. Determine the filling principle.
According to the filling principle, liquid filling machine can be divided into atmospheric filling machine, pressure filling machine, vacuum filling machine and automatic quantitative liquid filling machine.
Atmospheric pressure filling machine is filling by liquid self weight under atmospheric pressure. This kind of filling machine is divided into regular filling and constant volume filling. It is only suitable for filling low viscosity liquid without gas, such as milk, wine, etc.
The pressure filling machine is used to fill at a pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure, which can also be divided into two types: one is that the pressure in the liquid storage cylinder is equal to the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by its own weight, which is called isobaric filling; The other is that the pressure in the liquid storage cylinder is higher than that in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by pressure difference. This method is often used in high-speed production lines. Pressure filling machine is suitable for filling liquid containing gas, such as beer, soda, champagne, etc.
Vacuum filling machine is used for filling when the pressure in the bottle is lower than the atmospheric pressure. The filling machine has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency and wide application range for the viscosity of materials, such as oil, syrup, fruit wine, etc.
Automatic quantitative filling machine is an automatic quantitative liquid sub filling machine designed with electric, crank and piston structure. It is suitable for quantitative filling of hospital preparation room, ampoules, eye drops, various oral liquids, shampoo and various water agents; At the same time, it can also be used for quantitative continuous liquid addition in various chemical analysis tests, especially for liquid sub packaging in large, medium and small pesticide plants.
