Usage and working principle of bottleneck sealing machine

Aluminum foil sealing machine for bottleneck plays an important role in providing sealing and preservation for packaging in medicine, food, cosmetics, daily chemicals, pesticides, lubricants and other industries. Sealing with aluminum foil film can isolate the pollution of packaging materials from the extraneous contamination and reduce the decline and loss of material quality. It is an important machine in automatic intelligent production. At present, the main types of aluminum foil sealing machine are desktop automatic aluminum foil sealing machine, handheld aluminum foil sealing machine, air-cooled aluminum foil sealing machine, water-cooled aluminum foil sealing machine, etc.

Here is a brief introduction to the usage of the aluminum foil sealing machine for the bottleneck:
1. Power on: turn on the power, the green indicator light on the panel will be on, and enter the normal working state.
2. During sealing operation, operators shall not wear metal ornaments (such as watches, bracelets, rings, etc.), especially when working, metal parts shall not be close to the sealing head.
3. Press the power switch button of the conveyor to rotate the conveyor belt, put the bottles in turn, and adjust the conveying speed appropriately. Generally, the time for the bottles to pass through the sealing head is 4-6 seconds. The sealing quality will be checked after the bottles pass through the sealing head. The sealing quality is related to the following factors:
A. The size of the host output power: it can be adjusted by the "Power Adjustment" knob on the control panel. The current will change with the adjustment. The larger the current is, the higher the output power is.
B. Distance between sealing head and container cap: it can be realized by adjusting lifting sealing head.
C. Conveying speed of conveyor belt: Available to be adjusted.
D. Material and quality of bottles: containers made of different materials have different sealing temperatures. For example, polyethylene (PE) has the best heat sealing performance, followed by polyester (PET), and glass is much worse. For bottles with good quality, the bottleneck should be flat, and the aluminum foil in the bottle cap should press the bottleneck tightly to prevent the aluminum foil from not sticking to the bottleneck.
E. Sealing aluminum foil material: the plastic coating on the aluminum foil material must be same as the bottle.
4. Power off: when the red indicator light on the panel is on, it means that the equipment is in overload protection state. Press the reset button to return to normal work. If the red indicator light cannot go out by pressing the reset button, it means that the equipment has failed. Send it for repair in time. After the faults are eliminated, press the reset button to work.
5. Turn off the power after the work.

Working principle of aluminum foil sealing machine: Based on the electromagnetic heating technology, it is made by using the thermal effect of eddy current. It mainly uses the principle of electromagnetic induction, and uses the host machine to transmit the ultra-high frequency current to the induction head. The alternating current generates the high frequency alternating magnetic field through the coil, and the aluminum foil at the bottleneck under the induction head senses the magnetic field, thus generating eddy current. The heating process is determined by the intensity of eddy current, the temperature and the temperature It is decided by the frequency and the action time. Then through specific control, the composite film on the aluminum foil is melted and quickly bonded with the bottle mouth to achieve the purpose of high efficiency and high quality sealing.
