The film cutting and sealing machine is a full-automatic turntable type roil film die cutting and electromagnetic induction heating sealing machine. It can seal containers of different sizes and shapes. Its induction technology can achieve perfect and lasting sealing, reduce sealing time, reduce energy consumption, reduce packaging material consumption, make the appearance more beautiful, and increase the safety of operators.

Automatic die cutting, positioning and induction sealing are completed at the same time to overcome the challenge of all cappless induction aluminum foil sealing.The punching part adopts a special ceramic knife die for punching, and its hardness and wear resistance are more than 60 times that of the steel knife, so as to ensure the long-term operation of the equipment without shutdown and maintenance due to the wear of the knife.

The size of the gasket and the size of the bottle mouth are perfectly combined, the problems such as the unsightness caused by the extrusion deformation of the gasket by the bottle cap and the increase of gasket cost caused by the fact that the aluminum foil must be larger than the bottle mouth are completely solved in the capping technology.

Cappless aluminum foil sealing can directly see the sealing condition of aluminum foil without installing other testing equipment, saving the sampling inspection procedure.

Non-capacitive induction sealing head and new induction coil will be used to focus the coil energy on the area contacting the aluminum foil at the bottle mouth. This design will minimize the internal heat of the sealing head and reserve heat dissipation space for cooling, which keeps the sealing head at low temperature.

The whole machine is designed according to GMP requirements, with stainless steel 316 chassis and independent electric cabinet.
