JHAU-25-1 Capping combined operating machine. The photoelectric sensors detect whether there are empty bottles on the main rotary table, and send the detected signals to the control computer, so that control if have bottles filling, no bottles no filling. If a bottle is detected in the front, the PLC controls the filling nozzle to rise into the bottle for filling. Checking for bottles, if there is a bottle, the inner plug will be put on the bottle by the swing arm mechanism and pre-pressed, and if there is no bottle, the outer cover will not be capped. Finally,the finished bottle is sent out of the conveyor belt after capping.

Up and down filling, no foaming, accurate measurement, simple cleaning and convenient installation.No filling and capping for lack of bottles. Thus, the efficiency of product inspection is improved.
Controlled by PLC, high degree of automation, easy to understand and operate. Touch screen operation panel is convenient and beautiful, with variable frequency stepless speed regulation. Can be customized organic lass dust cover, door openning protection switch.
