Advanced HMI operating system, PLC control, automatic counting of incoming bottles, automatic peeling and weighing for filling.
This equipment is used for weighing and filling of products with demanding requirements on measuring, such as edible oil, lubricating oil, daily use chemicals and chemical industrial products as well as liquids with high additional value.
The equipment has high automation and precise metering. Each filling head is equipped with the automatic feedback system to guarantee consistent measuring.
Quick coupling is adopted for connection of pipelines; disassembly and cleaning are convenient.
All material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, and surface is made of 304 stainless steel, fully up to related food sanitation standard.
