1.Description

1. Lift the pump head into the vibrating plate of cap sorting with a lifter, and use the vibrating plate to transport the pump head from the cap sorting track to the gripping mechanism of the cap feeding machine. The pump head is grasped by a servo manipulator, and servo control the X-axis and Y-axis stroke, and the pump head is feeding while transporting. The three servo cap feeding heads move independently.
2. The automatic follow type cap feeding machine adopt the principle of XY axes linear motion design. The sensor accurately positions the bottle mouth, and following feeding the cap, without a halt in production process, which overcomes the problems of high price of traditional multi-head cap feeding machine, the bottle must stop during the production process and the speed is slow.
3. The follow type high-speed filling machine can complete the debugging for bottles of different shapes, different heights and different capacities in just a few minutes and enter the next wave of production, which completely solve the problems of time-consuming and laborious due to a wide variety, small number of single products and frequent machine adjustment.
4. The traditional automatic capping machine needs repeated debugging before it can be put into production again, which is labor-intensive, and it is not applicable to some special-shaped bottles at all.
