Food Packaging Machines in Application of Bottles, Cans and Barrels

In order to improve the shelf life, bottled, canned and barreled food packaging is becoming more and more diversified. It not only has a distinctive appearance and unique design, but also can well isolate external pollution and ensure product quality and taste. Food packaging can be divided into metal, glass, paper, plastic, composite materials, etc. According to the packaging type, it can be divided into cans, bottles, bags, bags, rolls, boxes, boxes, etc. According to the packaging method, it can be divided into cans, bottles, packaging, bags, wrapping, filling, integration, sealing, labeling, code printing, etc. The following common examples are applied to the production of bottled, canned, cup and barreled food packaging:

Bottled food is generally packaged by plastic bottles, glass bottles, composite bottles, metal bottles, etc. Among them, pet, PP, PE and PC are common plastic bottles. PET bottles are transparent, non-toxic, impact resistant and not resistant to high temperature. Generally, they are filled with mineral water, cola, peanut oil and cosmetics. They must be cold filling and used for one time (they cannot be disinfected at high temperature). PP bottles are non-toxic, transparent, heat-resistant and impact resistant. Generally, they contain fruit juice drinks and shampoo, which can be hot filling (very important for fruit juice drinks). They cannot be disinfected by pressure cooker, and the transparency is poor. PE bottles are similar to PP bottles, with better toughness than PP, but poor rigidity and heat resistance and good solvent resistance. Plastic soy sauce bottles are generally PE, and a small amount of wine and kerosene can be filled temporarily. PC bottles are transparent, impact resistant and high-temperature resistant. The materials are relatively expensive. 5-gallon purified water bottles are most used and can be disinfected by high-temperature steam. The material used depends on what materials need to be packaged, whether there are corrosive or not, sterilization, appearance design and other requirements. Before feeding, some bottles may need to be cleaned according to the actual product conditions. According to the production requirements of the bottle interior, the bottle mouth may need to be sealed with aluminum foil after feeding, so as to prolong the shelf life of food. Depending on the type of bottle cap, some need to screw the cap tightly, and some need to press the cap directly.
Canned food, which meets the requirements of raw materials through processing, blending, canning, sealing, sterilization, cooling, or aseptic filling, meets the commercial aseptic requirements and can be preserved for a long time at room temperature, the production of canned food has two key characteristics: sealing and sterilization.
Cup packaged food, as a result that it is light and easy to put, is generally composed of disposable cup-shaped plastic packaging, which is packaged with roll film or film. Its sealing of cup mouth has become a key process for quality assurance in production.
For barreled packaged food, due to its large material capacity, it is generally necessary to prevent materials from wasting materials due to collision and sputtering of containers during filling, so it is necessary to control the filling pressure.

The types of food applied to the above packaging are:
1. Bottled packaged food: beverages, alcohol, condiments (soy sauce, oyster sauce, barbecue juice, etc.), snacks (chocolate sauce, peanut butter), health products, etc.
2. Canned food: canned soda, coffee, fruit juice, frozen milk tea, beer, lunch meat, canned preserved fruit, etc.
3. Cup packaged food: milk tea, cheese cup, cheese paste cup, instant noodles, ice cream, etc.
4. Barreled packaged food: condiments (edible oil, sauce), beverages, drinking water, etc.
